厚生委員会で行政視察！

兵庫県明石市に「子育て支援事業(0歳児の見守り訪問「おむつ定期便」・広報戦略(シティセールス)」などについて、先進地研修をさせていただきました。

 

生後4ヶ月から満1歳まで、毎月3000円相当の紙おむつなどを、見守り支援員が１軒、１軒家庭訪問し、宅配されるんです。お母さんの不安や悩みなど解決のためにお声かけされるので、とても喜ばれている事業でした。

 

でも1番ビックリしたのは、年間20回程度、職員の人事異動があることでした。勉強になりました。

 

Visit to the Welfare Committee! We had an advanced training on "Childcare Support Project (Diaper Delivery Service for Infants and City Sales)" in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.

 

From 4 months old to 1 year old, support staff visit each household to provide monthly deliveries of diapers and other items worth 3,000 yen. The project has been well-received as the support staff engage with mothers to address their concerns and worries.

 

The most surprising aspect was the approximately 20 personnel transfers within the committee in a year. It was a learning experience.
